Tom Wadelton began his term on the INCPAS Board in July 2012, having served on the leadership cabinet and the international integrated reporting task force at the Society. He was also a Scholar mentor in 2013.
Wadelton is a financial manager for Eli Lilly and Company where he has worked for over 20 years. He works in the corporate financial reporting organization where his responsibilities include sales reporting, statement of cash flows, equity analysis and managing royalty operations. He has also held various roles at Lilly in finance and the information technology organization. He was the CFO at TEC-Corp, an electrical contracting firm based in Sioux City, Iowa. Wadelton earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.
In his community, Wadelton currently serves as treasurer of the Friends of Honduran Children organization and is active with Back On My Feet, the Joseph Maley Foundation and Boy Scout Troop 174.
As a recent CPA license holder and experienced financial analyst working in industry, he hopes to share his perspective and learn about INCPAS governance with his service as a member of the Board.
